Triple Cross Ranch is not affiliated with any other denomination.  We hold services on Sunday for the church to meet.  A church is a society of people who believe in the teachings and precepts of Jesus Christ (Black’s Law Dictionary second edition).  We are not 501 c3 incorporated as non for profit entity, a church does not have to register as a non for profit entity to be non for profit.  A church is non for profit under the US Constitution; First Amendment.  The amendment prohibits the making of any law “respecting an establishment of religion“, impeding the free exercise of religion, infringing on the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances.  The non for profit status makes an organization a fictitious creation of the State, however, a church is a society of people unless that church signs papers deeming themselves a fictitious creation.  501 c3 was created to help organizations such as Cancer Foundation, Relay for Life, Boy and Girl Scouts.  Denominations have adopted this to get tax breaks, however it is not necessary to have 501 c3 papers to be a church.  Non for profit organizations papers state that the State in which you live, ours being OK, is sovereign over you; sovereign means absolute authority.  God is our absolute authority and we cannot sign papers giving that to a State.
