Retreats

This is time for you to relax, fellowship, and draw closer to the Lord.  Hebrews 10:24-25  “And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.”  There is a trail to walk in the woods with places to sit and enjoy the outdoors.   You can find a chair on the porch of Newton’s Trading Post, where you can get some snacks and a soda pop.  You can read a book, spend time in prayer, or fellowship with other ladies.  Sharon hosts a retreat every spring if you would like to come be a part of what is already scheduled, or you can schedule a separate one for your group.  This year’s retreat is April 27th-28th 2012.   There are a couple of options available for accommodations at the Ranch.  We have a bunk house on the grounds of Cowboy Town with twin bunks and some open space for bed rolls.  There are many campsites available in or around Cowboy Town for pitching a tent, if you would rather camp out.  If neither one of these options are appealing, then there are hotels in nearby Jay and Grove.  Six meals can be provided for your stay at the Ranch.  Sharon will organize all the details for your weekend, just show up and enjoy.  The cost can be worked out to meet your specific needs  A retreat can be scheduled spring through fall, Thursday Night to Saturday Evening or Friday Night to Sunday Afternoon, providing that dates are available.  If you have any other questions please contact the Ranch office at 918-253-3994 or e-mail   proverbs3130ministries@gmail.com You can also “Like” us on facebook and stay informed of retreats, conferences and events going on at www.facebook.com/proverbs3130ministry If you would like to schedule a retreat at the Ranch for your ladies group, please contact the office as soon as possible to get your dates reserved.
